The following checklist items are included for the kitchen:

• Clean countertops
• Dust countertop items
• Clean exterior of appliances
• Hand wash cabinets
• Thoroughly clean sink and faucet
• Clean Inside Microwave

The following checklist items are included for all rooms:

• Scrub showers/tubs to remove soap scum
• Treat mold and mildew
• Clean countertops
• Dust countertop items
• Clean mirrors
• Sanitize sinks and faucets
• Hand wash cabinets
• Sanitize the toilet and toilet area

The following can be added to any regular cleaning for an additional charge:

• Clean inside the oven
• Clean inside the refrigerator
• Washing Blinds
• Carpet Cleaning Services

*We do not do dishes

*We do not do laundry, please have clean sheets laid out (One set included, $10 each additional set) if you want the techs to change them

*We do not use a ladder; higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster within reach.

*We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build-up may require a professional mini-blind cleaning service.

*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the amount of dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
